I have recently finished reading Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit and have been surprised to find them unlike my expectations. I expected books filled with magic spells and things that would make me feel uncomfortable. But I found them more akin to reading a historical fiction set in the middle ages and yet not in the middle ages but a fantasy world.
Im now making my way through Nicholas Nickleby which has so far been extremely funny.
